1. Quality Assurance: Our handmade soaps are crafted with care using high-quality ingredients. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for the affected item.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges on items that have been used or are no longer in their original packaging. This policy helps maintain the hygiene and quality of our handmade soaps.

3. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. While we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, we are happy to offer a store credit for the amount of the original purchase. The store credit can be used on future orders.

4. Refund Process: To request a refund or replacement, please email us at service@erdsoap.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Shipping Costs: Refunds and replacements do not include shipping costs. If a product is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please check product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
